Case by case basis. Available for retention in both plaintiff and insurer defense cases, nationwide.

Examination of the entire claims-handling process, including: first notice of loss, investigation, coverage analysis, evaluation, negotiation and settlement, and standards of care for desk adjusters, field adjusters, claim supervisors and management.

We have a combined 50+ years experience in Claims, ranging from front-line claim handling through senior management positions. For more than half of our careers, we have been heavily involved in analyzing, managing and resolving bad faith exposures for super-regional and international carriers. We have successfully developed, implemented, supervised, and monitored organization level programs.

We are confident that our valuable, and relatively rare, skill-sets will complement and strengthen your claim department, agency, brokerage, TPA, or other business with in-house claim functions.

We also provide consultation services for law firms, including expert analysis and testimony in both plaintiff and defense matters.

Other Services

Auditing

We have the flexibility to take on a wide range of audit projects, from complete claim portfolio reviews to focus audits.  We objectively review factors that are often difficult to assess at ground level: handling/management consistency, reserve adequacy, process efficiency & effectiveness, training needs, reporting gaps, and of course, bad faith, extra-contractual, and other volatile exposures.

Presentations

We’d be honored to be a part of your next meeting, seminar, or panel discussion. Best practices and standards of care in claims investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement, what we see on both sides of the aisle as experts, and bad faith litigation trends.
